I’m a Performance Physical Therapist and movement expert. I graduated from Stony Brook University’s Doctor of Physical Therapy program in 2017 and have been practicing in orthopedics since.
I have always been fascinated with the rehab process and receive great joy out of helping individuals achieve their rehab, fitness, and wellness goals. I have taken various continuing education courses, furthering my depth of knowledge and skill in helping clients achieve their goals.
I am passionate about maintaining an active lifestyle including running, weight-lifting, cross-fit and playing with my daughters. I am dedicated to keeping active individuals healthy and performing at their best. All the while reducing fears and misunderstandings of movement, injury, and exercise.
